The Covert Harassment Conference 2014 is a human rights conference to create awareness on the covert harassment of civilians with the use of non-lethal weaponry and organized stalking.

Please visit their website and read the section ” Harassment from Neighbors houses, cars, airplanes, satellites” , the author says the electronic harassment attacks are mostly from Neighbors and it is not possible for Satellites to do this. I am wary of websites which totally rule out Satellites and say it is ONLY Neighbors….

I don’t think it’s always neighbors, not the electronic harassment and surveillance part anyways. For me, I’ll be sitting outside, like a supposedly free U.S. Citizen, and then I hear a female voice doing what sounds like name-calling in the distance. See, the perps have nicknames for TI’s. I was the victim of a sexual assault in 1988 or 1989, and so the oh-so-clever perps this time had a female perp down the road say “raper” or something like this. So if you’re a victim of a sexual assault, that makes you a rapist. Very clever. Only in the perps’ dimension are victims the perpetrators of crimes.
It’s so nice how they stick up for each other and defend each others’ stupidity, lack of morals, and ignorance. I can see how it’s a deliberate tactic to get me riled. They actually suppose rapists, as long as the rapist is targeting the TI.
This is abuse typical of the abuser, who makes their victims feel like they are the abuser and not them.
I believe they are using some sort of remote delivery for the torture and surveillance, and this implies satellites and cell phone towers and who knows what else. Antenna arrays? My neighbors all have satellite TV, and somehow I believe the perps can hack the satellite TV system to use for their own “entertainment” purposes.

Right now as I’m typing this they’re attacking me pretty heavily like they’ve been doing in the last few days. Almost feels like they’re literally cooking me, I got that burning feeling under my skin. The people who are doing this are complete maniacs with no empathy, in that sense you can’t even call them human.
One thing’s for sure: these cowards who hide and torture us think they are “Elite”. Who are the Elite? The Rockerfellers? What do they have to do with all of this? Are they psychologists who work in collusion with the medical drug complex and big pharma? I wish I could go make friends with a person who works for a certain 3-letter agency. Then we’ll see how brave these cowards are who fancy themselves Gods just because they surveillance us and make detailed profiles based on this. I’m going to have to quit stalling and go visit the FBI HQ here. Probably they already know about it. I’m real tired of putting up with all kinds of demeaning perp crap everywhere. Even that incident with the Penn State football team was a perp skit, where the Maryland players refused to shake hands with the PSU players. I could tell, because there is a PSU coach standing laughing when it happens. They really get football players involved in their harassment games.

I guess it’s because Penn State gets a lot of grants from the military, Navy, government, FBI, etc. So they have to have their idiots who live in town to harass me.
