There is currently no one to report these crimes to. However document everything you can. When you have concrete complaints or evidence of the perps breaking rules/ laws or violating boundaries, by all means report it to law enforcement or the proper authorities (code enforcement, HOA, etc.) Nail them on every possible technicality that you can. Paper trails are your friends, esp. when you can show frequency and repetition/ duration of the violations.

These people that are electronically harassing me are very destructive individuals and feel very confident in getting away with it, as well as using these devices to inflict horrible pain. I have been a victim of this electronic harassment for several months now I’ve hears voices telling me everything from threats to my family’s life’s to telling me I have hiv, Aids, herpes, you name it I’ve prolly heard it they mimic my family’s voices and constantly harsse me. Anyway, I was hand cuffed and taken to a hospital where I spent the night and was released the following morning wit a perscriprion of respridol for voices. When I got home and after being taunted I placed an audio recorder on the floor over a vent and forgot about it for a couple of days. When I played it the voices were still there. Nobody could hear them at first but I figured out a way to clear the white noise out and then everyone including my Therapest hears them too. I hear them in running water, the hiss of a wind proof cigarette lighter and motorized yard equip and even in the buzz of a fly going by. Also when I clean the audio I can remove the weird music to reveal talking that I don’t believe they know about and have also been able to verify some things that were said that I would not have known otherwise. On Father’s Day 2016 I was invited to a lake picnic where lots of people were. I here’s the name they call me being yelled out as if it were another voice in the crowd and recorded it. Here is where my situation becomes different from others I have read online. On Father’s Day I was really frustrated and responded to something said but didn’t speak it out loud just thought it really hard. A few days later I listened to about 1/2 hour and here’s my own response in a weird voice and loud. I have an app on my phone that plays white noise that I can think something into and it sounds from the app and I can record it as well. I decided that its just like being told you have cancer and you know your going to die you just don’t know when. I live in south florida, it started back around 2009 it seemed like I was being called names from a neighbors house. I asked them several times is it was them they stated it was not. It got to where is was during the night too. I finally bought ears plugs. That’s when I knew something was wrong. The perpetrators started calling me names and telling me ofIf. I didn’t know what to do i went to the neighbors several times crying and asking them to stop. They said they were good people and just wanted to help me with my life. At the time I was in my 30s and wasn’t where I should have been due to partying. In the beginning it was electronic induction but seemed like help. They would even give good life advice and talk about God. I went through a couple jobs. The v2k has been wake to sleep at time moderate skin. It didn’t stop. I had job for about 4 years at times it seemed like help. It straightened out my life. I wanted to be able to thank someone. I thought it was tough love in the beginning but when it kept going on I got scared and worried. I keep telling them to stop. After time the pleasantry starred to fade. It became more just a lot of v2k and they would wait till I saved up. And make me relapse. Then say it was anything from lessons to tough love. After a year I started to report it. And found out like most people out there …..there isn’t any help. I don’t know why they changed from God given helpers to something bad. Time went on its been something like a slow bleed. Every months they would get me to relapse then act like it was my fault. Sometimes they would talk to me like they cared but I now think that was brain wash techniques. I don’t know what to do. 2016 i lost a job. I got another and had to leave in tears after only 2 days too much v2k. I stayed home after that. Got another job couple months later. They would distract me enough that I would fall behind and the v2k. I really thought they were good people and couldn’t understand why. I left that job due to it also. Now it’s 2017 April. I still get v2k from wake to sleep. Moderate skin every so often. They made me loose over 80,000 that I earned from working via making me relapse throughout the years. I get theatened via v2k. Told to leave my home and go live in a homeless shelter. I’m worried that after so many years I might die. If I cannot work or perform properly. If I cannot save, if they keep causing relapses. I recently lost my car due to a relapse incident. No one believes me. So now I have no savings after years of working and saving my sobriety from a addiction has been exploited. I’m sitting in my room right now. 2 days my car got boosted. And can you believe that to this day I still keep thinking it’s my neighbors or someone in the area and keep pleading with them to stop. Even to the point to where They themselves even seem like they argue on my behalf. I keep asking just to give some of my saving back. And they say all sorts of things but nothing. I’m frustrated. Mad. Upset. This is not my fault. I told family and they didn’t believe me. I reported and even called several federal law enforcement agency’s and they say they don’t investigate. I may be homeless sooner or later and now with no car and if i cannot work properly or save what am I going to to do. I know what it is I have read up on it a lot.
