Not even sure why I am bothering to post this it’s pretty much par for the course when it comes to perp’s pussy style harassment tactics. Just after 1 pm yesterday I went out for a walk. I walked North on my street towards a trail head at the end of the street. I am walking for less than 5 minutes when an extremely loud motorcycle comes roaring up the street and makes a left at an intersection I am just passing. I took pics. The bike looks and sounds familiar and I hear it go up and down the street often. And to be honest it looks like a biker I flipped off once when he and 4-5 other vehicles blocked me as I tried to exit my neighborhood one day. Well if it’s him he obviously still has a huge boner for me lol. So he made a left, drove 1/2 way down that street, turned around and came back and turned North onto the street I was walking on, revving his bike. I was just passing a parked car and a driveway. He crossed the street, came around the car and straight at me with his bike. He stopped within a few feet of me and just sat there idling and staring at me. A silver car pulled up in the intersection in front of us. At this point the biker turned in the same direction I was walking and drove very close to the curb right next to then sped away. It was obvious he was cued by other neighbors who saw me exit my home. The whole thing was timed down to the last second like it was a stunt. Likely a rehearsal for an “accident” and definitely the threat of one. Do these people ever get a fucking life? Who threatens people they don’t even know anything about with their bike? Who even has the time to do this stupid shit?

This is the “perp cycle of violence and blame”. The perp relentlessly antagonizes the target until they get a negative reaction from the target. Once they get the reaction, their little pea sized brains interpret this as a reason (or excuse) to punish the target further, as if the perp did nothing wrong at all. After all, they were only doing their “job”, right? Anytime the target rebels they are punished and made to feel like the “payback” was their own fault. Every single time. This is a HUGE theme in mind control. The fact is the fault lies with these little brainwashed buttfucks who are actually employed to do this nasty stuff.

3:31 pm Passed by Carlsbad Police Dept. Patrol Car on Hwy. 101 North at South Ponto beach (repeated harassment in this location).

5:15-5:30 pm Encinitas Lifeguard parks White Jeep directly North of where I am sitting on the beach. Leaves for a short time then returns and parks in same spot.

5:49 pm- Private ambulance passes me at Sant Fe Rd. and Hwy. 5 interchange.

5:54 pm- Ambulance driver follows me into a 7-11 on Santa Fe Rd. and loudly asks employee “Where is the restroom?”. This is proxy stalking and RNM/AT. I had to use the bathroom since before I left the beach but was waiting until I got home.

5:56 pm- Passed private ambulance parked in front of Carl’s Jr. off of Santa Fe Rd.

First Responder Harassment during trip to Joshua Tree Courthouse from Encinitas, CA on 2/19/14. Perp Harassment on this trip also included extensive lane closures for “roadwork” on Highway 62 East into Joshua Tree. This is a recurring theme in my harassment protocol.

1:40 pm- Passed Police patrol car w/ flashing lights on as officer pulled a truck over for a “traffic stop” on an exit ramp on Hwy. 10

2:00 pm- Passed a Police Patrol car parked at a weigh station Hwy. 10

2:15 pm- Passed a private ambulance Hwy. 60

2:20- Passed by a Police Patrol car Hwy. 60

There seems to be a trend with first responder departments now asking for new radio systems, many of which are designed by Motorola (who we know also makes wireless communication devices). The trend is to redesign their radio communication to have a “regional” dispatcher that covers multiple towns/ cities instead of just a local dispatcher for each location. This type of system seems like it would also help better facilitate gang stalking so targets can be tracked from one city/ region to the next with “seamless” harassment and proxy stalking. I am wondering if this also helps them to better broadcast the target’s activity to perps out in the community. First responder departments are asking for millions of dollars of taxpayer money to make these upgrades, with new thermal/ through wall cameras being included in the deal in my hometown on the East coast. (And I’m certain these disgusting little perps are only using them during fires/hazardous situations.) TI’s PLEASE pay attention to local politics and GO to your local city council meetings. Get familiar with all the public “operators” in your city. Know thy enemy. They already know who you are.
