12/22/13 @ 257 pm- Passed by SDSD SUV Hwy. 101 Encinitas, CA.

@ 430 pm- Passed SDSD patrol car parked at school Vulcan Dr.

12/24/13 @ 1120 pm- Passed SDPD or CHP patrol car “traffic stop” right shoulder of 5 North Freeway in Carlsbad, CA.

12/25/13 @ 359 pm- Passed SDSD SUV on 5 South Freeway Sorrento Valley.

@ 401 pm- Passed by same SDSD SUV as I exit 5 South Freeway.

@ 406 pm- Private ambulance parked at destination near UTC.

@ 413 pm- Passed by red ambulance w/ lights and sirens on.

12/27/13 @ 9 pm- While walking South on Quail Gardens Drive, SDSD Patrol speeds North towards me with lights flashing and stops on curb directly in front of me. A second later I see a tan pickup stopped on curb directly behind me for a staged “traffic stop”.

12/30/13 @ 952 am- Large Firetruck passes in front of my home, no lights or sirens.

12/31/13 @ 430 pm-  Passed by white state or city Lifeguard truck at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad, CA.

@ 445 pm- Passed same Lifeguard truck again after he U-turns and parks facing the water minutes before I pass.

@ 615 pm- Passed by SDSD patrol car Encinitas Blvd. Eastbound.

First Responder Harassment also includes excessive sirens up and down the Blvd. 2 blocks from my home. The sirens will frequently be synchronized with certain activities: right after I get out of bed in the morning; when I start/end my work shift; when I start/end my work breaks; when I go to the bathroom or get out of the shower; or when I write about police corruption online.

Just like you have workplace mobbing, and online mobbing, which are both fully recognized as legitimate, this is the community form. it’s a psychological attack that can completely destroy a persons life, while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators.”

Gang Stalking is stalking by more than one person to a victim, usually involving community harassment, or the “mob”, using people from all backgrounds and vocations to harass, tracking 24/7, sometimes organizing lethal vehicle accidents, poisonings, electronic harassment, home invasions/property destruction, corrupt or ignorant doctor diagnosis given to stamp the victim as bogus mentally ill with delusions, paranoia, or schizophrenia, etc. Everything is done covertly, and with a sophisticated real time dispatching system to organize the criminals’ harassment and attacks, often in the hundreds to thousands of criminals participating as a coordinated mob at any given time while the criminals due their normal routines of work, shopping, commuting to and from work, leisure, etc., using the method of moving foot and vehicular surveillance techniques, and computers, cell phones, verbal and visual cues, and every other conceivable type of communication.

Often, the local network of this mob is connected to a national and international network – funding is done by illicit drug industry/crime syndicates, CRIMINALS working in:corporate environment, and government sponsored terrorism for military weapons research using non-consenting human beings. It’s similar to Cointelpro or red squads, and it’s being used on a lot of innocent people to ruin them and make them look crazy. Gang Stalking is all about government disinformation, and using civilian spies/snitches to help with stalking and monitoring innocent people.

Gang Stalking is a form of bullying and intimidation from multiple perpetrators.

Whereas ordinary bullying is usually one on one, and workplace mobbing is where multiple people in one workplace attack one (or a few) person(s), Gang Stalking involves multiple people attacking one person in any situation.

Groups of people, or, loosely organized people pick a target, and attempt to destroy the victims life in any way that they can.

They attempt to scare and terrorize their target, causing anxiety and other problems.

They will do whatever they can to get the target fired from their job.

People become a victim when they have attacked a member of a group (ie gang) as part of revenge, or, in the case of political groups, attack their political opponents such as authors, etc.

It’s 4:15 pm on a Tuesdy. I sit in my living room on my day off, listening to a meditation CD. My cats are sitting quietly with me, enjoying the CD. A loud “pop” suddenly goes off nearby outside, it sounds just like a gunshot. One cats gets frightened and runs off to hide. Both my cats have been continuously startled and terrorized by sounds since the gang stalking noise campaign in my neighborhood started in June of 2012. So far today, inside out home, we have been treated to:

Loud cars/trucks/motorcycles up and down our street.

Police/ Fire dept. sirens.

Neighbor slamming window/cabinets/banging/booming/stomping sounds w/ vibrations.

Continuous loud hammering outdoors for 2-3 hours.

Landscapers with leaf blowers.

Screaming/yelling children. They frequently scream as if they are in real distress.

Raking sounds on cement.

Synchronized bathroom use. I am now treated to the sound of my neighbor loudly urinating almost every time I use the bathroom.

Perps like to layer, synchronize, and run “relays” or “tag teams” with the noise campaign.  The above list is just a fraction of the noise campaign tactics that occur in my neighborhood every single day. Perps continue to make 25-60 trips past my house a day w/loud vehicles, some of whom live inside my apartment complex. This includes loud mufflers/engines/car stereos/squeaking brakes/no shocks over speed bumps/idling/large commercial vehicles/car alarms/beeping horns/ slamming of car doors.

I am currently reading the book “My Life Changed Forever” by the TI Elizabeth Sullivan. It is very well written and she make an observation about perps that I believe is correct: that they are on the same level as serial rapists and murderers. This book is very well written and I suggest every TI read it, especially if your harassment protocol is mostly organized stalking and community-based harassment.

Organized gang stalking and electronic harassment IS A FEDERAL CRIME in the U.S. This crime crosses state AND international lines. This is one, among many, federal laws that are being violated with this type of crime. I have been stalked and harassed in San Diego by people from all over the country and the globe. I have seen hundreds of perps driving cars from a multitude of other states as well the bordering countries of Mexico and Canada. I have been stalked and harassed on interstate flights and on Federal property.

It is time for the FBI to admit knowledge of this crime and the fact that it is a Federal crime that needs to be stopped and its violators need to be prosecuted. The fact that they continue to ignore its existence and discredit TI accounts implicates them in this crime. They are either involved in it, letting it happen, ignoring it, or encouraging it. Enough TI’s have already contacted the FBI by mail, phone, internet, and in person (including myself) for them to have enough testimony and evidence to open an investigation at the very minimum. YES THIS IS THEIR JURISDICTION BECAUSE OGS/EH IS A FEDERAL CRIME.

On another note, without being too specific due to patient confidentiality, I will say that I work in the healthcare field and am noticing more and more patients with complaints about physical and psychological symptoms that seem to be related to targeting. It breaks my heart because I know exactly what they are going through but I can’t tell them. And worse, I know their healthcare providers, who are part of the corrupt system, are not really going to help them and probably just make it worse. I am thankful that I am still here for them and that I am good. TI’s this is why should not give up on yourself, ever.

Targeting is also a national health issue and needs to be recognized as such by all the major health organizations. There are known top risk factors (hereditary and lifestyle) for all of these: Heart attack, Stroke, Cancer, and death by physical injury (including suicide). Targeting needs to be officially added as one of the top risk factors for all of these major health issues. Why do I get the feeling “Obamacare” is just another tactic in the government’s “multi-pronged” attempt to invade everyone’s privacy completely and will be used to increase/intensify targeting?
