12/20/13 @ 1027 am-  SDPD or CHP patrol car parked on right shoulder 5 South Freeway. Officer standing behind car pointing speed meter at traffic.

12/22/13 @ 257 pm- Passed by SDSD SUV Hwy. 101 Encinitas, CA.

@ 430 pm- Passed SDSD patrol car parked at school Vulcan Dr.

12/24/13 @ 1120 pm- Passed SDPD or CHP patrol car “traffic stop” right shoulder of 5 North Freeway in Carlsbad, CA.

12/25/13 @ 359 pm- Passed SDSD SUV on 5 South Freeway Sorrento Valley.

@ 401 pm- Passed by same SDSD SUV as I exit 5 South Freeway.

@ 406 pm- Private ambulance parked at destination near UTC.

@ 413 pm- Passed by red ambulance w/ lights and sirens on.

12/27/13 @ 9 pm- While walking South on Quail Gardens Drive, SDSD Patrol speeds North towards me with lights flashing and stops on curb directly in front of me. A second later I see a tan pickup stopped on curb directly behind me for a staged “traffic stop”.

12/30/13 @ 952 am- Large Firetruck passes in front of my home, no lights or sirens.

12/31/13 @ 430 pm-  Passed by white state or city Lifeguard truck at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad, CA.

@ 445 pm- Passed same Lifeguard truck again after he U-turns and parks facing the water minutes before I pass.

@ 615 pm- Passed by SDSD patrol car Encinitas Blvd. Eastbound.

First Responder Harassment also includes excessive sirens up and down the Blvd. 2 blocks from my home. The sirens will frequently be synchronized with certain activities: right after I get out of bed in the morning; when I start/end my work shift; when I start/end my work breaks; when I go to the bathroom or get out of the shower; or when I write about police corruption online.

5:00 pm  Passed by CA State Patrol car while walking near campground.

5:12 pm  Passed by Firetruck while walking.

5:36 pm  Passed by Firetruck while walking.

Stopped at Whole Foods after my class: Stalking harassment, Color harassment, Gesture harassment, Blocking harassment, Noise harassment, Sexual harassment, Remote Neural Monitoring, Crowding, Mimicking.

I entered one aisle to get some soy milk and 2 young males stood blocking it. It was clear they were not shopping. They stood facing each other silently looking at  their cellphones. I loudly said “Excuse me” to one of them. He tried to act surprised that he was in my way and moved. They looked like a very young gay couple, maybe still in high school. They were the kind of gay couple that looked like brothers. Tall and thin with small heads that made them look like 12 year olds from the neck up. They slowly moved down to the other end of the aisle and stopped to loiter near my next purchase. When I got there one held his iphone out facing up.  They stood close behind me as I opened a freezer door. I could tell one of them wanted to do something to me while my back was turned. When I turned around I gave the one with the iphone the finger.

I remember coming out of this same store last summer. As I walked back to my car I passed a group of grungy looking male preteen skateboarders huddled down on the sidewalk. They had a handwritten list of everything I had just bought in the store and were reciting it aloud as I passed.

7:30 am  – Passed Sheriff or CHP patrol car stopped on the side of the road one block from my home. Both officers were standing next to the car with a female civilian.

8:00 am –  Passed by Police patrol car.

3:19 pm  – Passed by a Police patrol car while driving.

3:28 pm – Passed Police patrol car parked right next to the road at a business.

4:35 pm  – Walking to the beach, passed by a firetruck and an ambulance with lights and sirens on. When I arrive at the beach, there is a red lifeguard truck, an ambulance, a firetruck, and a Sheriff patrol car all parked at the entrance. They are preparing to put a actor patient on a gurney.

9:36 pm – Passed a “traffic stop” in the turn lane, 2 Sheriff patrol cars, one with lights flashing.

TI – Targeted Individual – is a person being targeted with OSEH by a group of individuals called “perps” for the purpose of human experimentations.

OSEH – Organized Stalking Electronic Harassment – are methods use by perps in targeting a specific person for the purpose of inducing harm and possibly death.

DEW – Direct Energy Weapon – are device used for OSEH purposes, weapons can be microwave with pulp frequencies, v2k or other electronic and hearing devices.

V2K – voice to skull device – is a weapon use for transmitting voices with low or high frequencies. Voices can be for commands or harassments attacks that may look like the TI’s own voice. V2K can also use to induce or manipulate dreams or to deprived TI sleeps.
