12/22/13 @ 257 pm- Passed by SDSD SUV Hwy. 101 Encinitas, CA.

@ 430 pm- Passed SDSD patrol car parked at school Vulcan Dr.

12/24/13 @ 1120 pm- Passed SDPD or CHP patrol car “traffic stop” right shoulder of 5 North Freeway in Carlsbad, CA.

12/27/13 @ 9 pm- While walking South on Quail Gardens Drive, SDSD Patrol speeds North towards me with lights flashing and stops on curb directly in front of me. A second later I see a tan pickup stopped on curb directly behind me for a staged “traffic stop”.

12/30/13 @ 952 am- Large Firetruck passes in front of my home, no lights or sirens.

12/31/13 @ 430 pm-  Passed by white state or city Lifeguard truck at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad, CA.

@ 445 pm- Passed same Lifeguard truck again after he U-turns and parks facing the water minutes before I pass.

@ 615 pm- Passed by SDSD patrol car Encinitas Blvd. Eastbound.

First Responder Harassment also includes excessive sirens up and down the Blvd. 2 blocks from my home. The sirens will frequently be synchronized with certain activities: right after I get out of bed in the morning; when I start/end my work shift; when I start/end my work breaks; when I go to the bathroom or get out of the shower; or when I write about police corruption online.

Some Random Street Theater

Street theater is any premeditated harassment that takes place in a public setting, ranging from the dumbfoundingly stupid and simple to the elaborate/sophisticated plan that definitely was not worth it.

– Leaving dead/dying animals in target’s path. Squirrels, rats, mice, birds, dogs. Leaving small feathers in targets path repeatedly.

– Saying first or last names of family members/ close friends aloud in public within earshot. Strangers saying target’s name in public.

– Crowding stores/shops after you arrive, causing delays in checkout lanes. Preoccupying employees with stupid questions/ requests. Paying for items with copious amounts of change.

– Having cats/ dogs/ children suddenly run into road as you drive by.

– Couples fighting in public w/ loud, abusive language. Younger males cursing, spitting, using vulgar language.

-People talking about severe abuse, suicides, drug abuse in front of target. People pretending to smoke hard drugs in front of target. People breaking down and crying/sobbing in front of target.

– Same time entry/exit by neighbors. Neighbors showing up at grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, gas station, drive thrus, church, etc.

– Insulting comments about body/hairstyle/ appearance/social skills/intelligence level, often said aloud in front of a group in public.

– Completely ignored by retail staff when you need help; then followed around by staff like a rash on your ass when you just want to shop in peace.

– Using artificial telepathy to block items target plans to buy at the store. You can go to the market at 2am and there be a perp blocking the item you want to buy.

– Using directed conversation to humiliate target in public.

– Staged roadwork, construction work, car accidents, traffic stops, landscaping, probationary community work everywhere you go. Roadwork will often include spraying something into the air as target passes such as water, clouds of dirt/dust, exhaust fumes. Landscapers will aim leaf blowers at/ near target.

– Staged outdoor large exercise groups passing you while driving, walking (high school “cross country”, “Mommy and Me” groups, Yoga classes, Hula Hoops, etc). Staged outdoor military style drills/group exercise. BJJ schools are heavily involved in my area.

– Aggressive/hyper exercise in front of target: running at high speed, paddle ball, frisbee, soccer, touch football, volleyball, “doing stairs”, outdoor aerobics, passing football/baseball back and forth. If there is a ball or frisbee involved, it will invariably be thrown in target’s path.

– Lone people playing instruments outdoors: bagpipes, trumpets, tubas, drums, guitar.

– Whatever building the target is in, if there is a security guard employed there they will make an appearance, frequently jangling keys the whole time like they are a prison guard.

– Store employees coming our and “busying” themselves in front of target to crowd them while target is shopping, frequently pushing loud carts/heavy objects around.

– Weird/ distracting bikes/vehicles w/ odd shapes/colors/sizes.

– Blocking harassment at every turn, by any means possible. Physically blocking target’s path everywhere they go. This is a major part of synchronized harassment.

– Air harassment, loud/low multiple flyovers, everything from model planes to commercial flights. They also had a flock a pelicans showing up every time I went near the water, occasionally landing near me. I’m still not sure if they were real birds or drones, but the perps seemed very interested in them.

– Wearing Easter bunny costumes in public the middle of the summer. Seeing homeless/gangster type characters in unlikely areas/neighborhoods.

– Refusing to shake target’s hand in church to make a sign of “peace”(perp will then turn around and shake another person’s hand).

-Stalkers playing multiple roles: Woman from church appears at gym as an exercise instructor, passerby at beach. Massage therapist appears as a priest after a Latin Mass. Inpatient psych nurse shows up in office posing as a coworker. Homeless male appearing later as a fellow psych inpatient.

– Stalking by coworkers and gym employees out in various public locations.

– Public nudity, sexuality, PDA. Scantily clad women (bikinis inside Subway restaurant), nudity/clothes falling off at beach, women in suggestive poses, men pretending to urinate on side of street.

– Acting distracted/spaced out while talking to target. Screwing up food orders w/ dining out/take out. Excessive talking/getting off topic, not allowing target to speak/ask questions.

– Fires drills, power outages, computer outages, water outages.

– “Apocalyptic” props. In the summer of 2012 the perps set up a large fishing boat a few miles off the coast. It was set up to look like it was capsizing. Of course it was never on the news. Highway convoys of stopped vehicles that go on for miles, usually going opposite direction of target to overwhelm them.

– Chemical harassment: perfume, pesticides, saw dust, cars w/ excessive exhaust, second hand smoke, marijuana fumes, urine odor, fabric softener, Halls menthol cough drops, mint gum, odor of airplane restroom. Any specific odors that they know target doesn’t like or that will humiliate/ mirror them.

– Any excuse to congregate in a group near or around target but at the same time intentionally excluding target from the group activity/conversation.

– Loud screaming kids in any venue possible, including church. Walking multiple dogs at the same time. Kids are encouraged to act hyperactive and loud and engage in all the same harassment activities as the adult perps.

– Fake store employees that can be deployed within minutes by management. Specifically sent to annoy/harass target and act incompetent. This has a “reality show” aspect and you will frequently see the regular staff “handling” them and also getting annoyed with how stupid/inept they are. This may also be a service to store owners and regular staff who do not want to be held personally accountable for being Nazi traitors. Employees will be switched out at all the stores the target regularly shops at.

– The “Now you see me now you don’t act”, the same perp will randomly  appear/ vanish in target’s sight while target is on an outing. Perp will let target pass them on a trail, then run by target, then fall behind again, etc. Perp will hide behind trees/buildings, then suddenly appear as target passes, etc. Same perp may appear to pass target multiple times/locations in a short period of time. This is often accomplished using doubles or look-alikes of the perp. The vanishing/appearing tactic is also done with inanimate objects as big as cars, not sure how they pull that off.

– Groups of “extras” deployed in the dozens to thousands to create “theater” at any given time. Setting include shopping malls, restaurants, churches, freeways, DMV, courthouses, hotels, sports stadiums, beaches, parks, concert venues, neighborhoods. Anywhere a flash mob can appear, the perps can appear. And since perps use fraudulent means to get access to secure areas, they have even more reach than regular flash mobs.

This definitely does not cover all street theater, I can give loads more examples but just wanted to get some info out there on this topic. Keep in mind street theater is also largely made up of other types of harassment previously covered in this blog like mimicking/mirroring, color harassment, gesture harassment, noise harassment, forced coughing, directed conversation, first responder harassment, vehicular harassment, stalking harassment. Workplace mobbing also involves a lot of theater, which I will cover in a future blog post.

Some of this may seem comical and people may wonder “what’s the harm”? The harm is when it’s done with frequency and duration to the target and their circle of support, it can cause a severe amount of stress and even death when combined with other gang stalking tactics. There are feelings of utter futility in not even being able to articulate this type of harassment in a coherent way. This is compounded by the fact that no one in law enforcement or the legal system will help and psychiatry will just label the target as delusional if they talk about it.

Experiencing the types of harassment mentioned above on a daily basis for years can and will lead to PTSD, nervous breakdowns, complete loss of trust in people, severe anxiety, depression, and suicidal/homicidal thoughts. Once the perps have accomplished complete dehumanization and destruction of the target, the target is blamed for all “of their own problems” and the perps walk away scot free.

I do not have a violent bone in my body. But if I ever did pull an Aaron Alexis or Miriam Carey, I have a pretty good idea of what people will say about me after I am arrested or killed. This includes family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, law enforcement, attorneys, and therapists.

Neighbors:

“She was a loner. I rarely saw anyone visiting. She worked from home and rarely left her home.”

“She had a breakdown just over a year ago, we called the Sheriff’s dept. multiple times. Her family was very concerned about her.”

“She was very quiet and kept to herself. After her “breakdown” she became less friendly and irritable and rarely spoke to anyone. She started taking pictures and videos of us which upset some neighbors.”

“She became a habitual complainer, filing complaints with the HOA, Sheriff dept., and the city staff regarding increased traffic and loud vehicles on our street/property and noise/harassment/stalking by neighbors.”

“She vandalized a neighbor’s door just because his dog barked too loudly at her.”

Interpretation: “We’re so innocent and sweet. It’s all her own fault. We tried our best to help her. We never did anything to antagonize or provoke her. She was mentally ill and in denial of her illness.”

Coworkers:

“She had a severe breakdown at work last summer. She did not recognize some of us. We called the police. She was acting paranoid and delusional.  She did not think they were real cops and tried to injure herself when they detained her.”

“She filed grievances about increased noise inside the call center, disparate treatment by supervisors and coworkers, being singled out for harassment and that we filed a false police report on her.”

“I used to be friendly with her, we hung out socially outside of work. Since her breakdown at work she would no longer speak to me.”

Interpretation: “We’re so sweet and innocent. She’s one of our best employees. We did what we could to help, we didn’t do anything wrong, it was the police dept.’s fault she had a panic reaction. We didn’t to anything to antagonize or provoke her.”

Family/Friends:

“She had a breakdown. She said cars with blacked out windows were following her around the city. That was she was being harassed and singled out at work and being followed around the community by groups of people on foot.”

“When we went to her home to help her she wouldn’t let us inside. She did not believe we were really her family. She said there was excessive/loud traffic on her street. We encouraged her inpatient psychiatrist to put her on Risperdal, extend her involuntary hold, and put her under a conservatorship for her “mental illness”. But our sister refused everything.”

“Since last summer she will not make any verbal,written, or face to face contact with us.”

Interpretation: “We’re so sweet and innocent. We tried to help. She was mentally ill and in denial of her diagnosis. This is all her own fault. We didn’t do anything to antagonize or provoke her.”

Law Enforcement:

Sheriff Dept.- “We made multiple visits to her home last summer and also a safety check on Christmas day. She had multiple complaints about loud vehicles and harassment from neighbors. We told her we don’t have gang stalking in our city.”

Police Dept.- “She did not think we were real police officers when we came to her work. Her coworkers were concerned about her. We were just doing our job when we detained her and cuffed her with excessive force at her desk that day (without actually witnessing her doing anything wrong). We had a right to do what we did.”

Interpretation: “We’re innocent. It was her own fault she didn’t cooperate with us.  She did this because she is mentally ill.”

Therapists:

“She was held involuntarily for 8 days last summer for having a breakdown at home that carried over into work.”

“She stated she was being gang stalked. We told her there is no evidence this problem really exists and it would not be feasible for this to happen anyway.”

“We researched the topic of gang stalking as she requested but all we could find is anecdotal information in blogs and on the internet.”

Interpretation: “We tried to help her but she was in denial of her mental illness/ delusional disorder. She was open to therapy but refused medications and did not agree with her diagnosis. We didn’t do anything wrong.”

Every single one of these people may as well have physically and violently raped me. I have never in my life experienced the extreme terror, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and PTSD this crime has caused me. Every single one of these people are guilty of menticide and conspiracy to murder. They are not innocent, they were not “doing the right thing”, they were not just “doing their jobs”/ business as usual. Every single one of these people was fully aware of the destruction they were causing. It’s not the first time they’ve done it and it won’t be the last. The fact that they are able to repeatedly hide these heinous crimes from the courts does not make them innocent. But no crime is perfect. The fact is I am still standing, I will never do anything violent, and I will work to expose these murderers until well after I am 6 feet under. F*CK each and every single one of you 🙂

San Diego Mayor Bob Filner recently resigned due to a sudden onslaught of allegations of sexual harassment. He resigned under extreme conditions of extra judicial justice and not because any of the accusations were actually verified. He referred to these people as a lynch mob which is correct. Under the Odrama administration, social justice comes from the top down and the bottom up without a lick of proof, just a lot of fingers pointing. Fast and Furious is not just an arms scandal but the entire theme for Odrama’s presidency. At a city council meeting one week before he resigned, Mayor Filner spoke in his own defense and made a statement that sums up targeting so well. “I provided them with the ammunition, they aimed the gun and pulled the trigger.” Filner admitted to having boundary issues with women and was open to treatment, but due process seemed out of the question. In contrast, in response to a question about Filner being framed by local developers for political reasons, a commentator on NPR later said “Well, we provided the kindling, Filner threw the gasoline on it and lit the match.” I am sure this is exactly how the lynch mob sees it, which just shows how psychopathic they are.

When my stalking went overt last summer, local law enforcement had every intention of murdering me. Either by suiciding me or homicide by law enforcement. The “strategy of tension” the gang stalkers created was phenomenal. I could tell the perps were ready for a big scene that would include violence everywhere I went. Their blood thirst was palpable.

In the moments I sat at my cubicle in my office on 6/28/12 before 2 police officers arrived I remember suddenly feeling very unsafe. At this point I was about 2 weeks into the overt stalking and had already experienced days of terrorism and harassment. The mobbing was full force at work complete with flooding my office with non-employees (posing as employees) and look alikes impersonating administrators. I calmly asked to speak to my boss and sat and waited. I did not know they had called the police. But in the moments before they arrived a busied hush came over the office and I remember feeling a distinct fear for my physical safety. That is because those officers were waiting for any excuse to pull out a gun and kill me. They were waiting for me to lunge at one of my coworkers, delirious with terror and confusion. Those coworkers thought they were about to witness a murder.

In the 1-2 months leading up to the overt gang stalking I noticed both my downstairs neighbors installing black metal security gates over their front doors. They both put them up within a month of each other. I have lived here 11 years and they never had these gates before but I shrugged it off. I now realize they were girding themselves for violence. There was also a huge criminal element in the neighborhood with all the human slime that moved in to harass me. But these people were taking security measures in case I panicked and got violent, they had every expectation of this from the level of harassment and provocation they were giving me. One of them had her college aged son stay with her for a few weeks in the beginning because she was so scared.

I also remember going to the beach around this time. Yes I went surfing in the midst of this as a giant “fuck you” to these people. I would go to Swami’s which is a local beach that is known world wide for its break. Every time I approached I would notice an exodus of what looked like regular surfers, grown men. Rushing away, running up the stairs, piling their gear into their cars. Could not get away fast enough. These guys knew exactly what was going on and did not want to be a part of it. Did not want to witness or be associated with a murder by law enforcement. You see, this beach has a web cam that can be seen all over the world.

This is how they get an innocent person killed. A stable, independent person with no criminal record, no psychiatric or medical problems; a law-abiding, gainfully employed, tax paying citizen. I have never had a single legal, criminal, or personal issue with any member of law enforcement, anywhere, ever. Look around you, look at the myriad of stories you are seeing in the media now about innocent people suddenly committing acts of violence, barricading themselves in their homes until they are killed by SWAT teams. This is everywhere. These people are doing this because they are being gang stalked. I will never hurt my self or anyone else physically.

When you drive loud vehicles up and down my street and driveway, that is violence. When you are loud and curse and yell at each other in public, that is violence. When you fly choppers low over me everywhere I go, that is violence. When you sexually harass me in public, that is violence. When you are stalked by civilians and first responders, that is violence. When you stalk me en masse and sensitize me to physical stimuli that induces feelings of paranoia everywhere I go, whether it’s from a perp or not, that’s violence. When you destroy my trust in everyone and everything, that is violence. When you deny me from any possible means of legal/social/emotional support or validation of victimization, that is violence. When you mob me at work, that is violence. When law enforcement shows up at your job, tackles you and handcuffs you without witnessing anything or questioning you, that is violence. When you are taunted, mimicked, ridiculed, mobbed, bullied, that is violence. When you viciously alienate, humiliate, isolate, and degrade me that is violence. When you are forcefully separated from your friends and family, that is violence. When you steal and vandalize my property, that is violence. When you illegally enter my home, auto, and storage unit, that is violence. When you falsely imprison me, that is violence. When you commit fraud, that is violence. When you commit menticide with surreal street theater and fake mental illness diagnoses, that is violence. When you invade my physical and mental privacy that is violence. When you sexually assault me in my sleep that is violence. When you cause bodily pain with DEW that is violence. When you are intentionally made to feel fear and unpredictability all the time, that is violence.  When you conspire with others to make every effort to destroy a person’s life that is violence. And when someone besides me responds with violence to these acts, after being turned down for help everywhere they asked, in my opinion they are completely justified.

**I am beginning to wonder if my city has a long standing history of hate due to racism. If so, adding more categories of people as targets for OGS/EH was probably just a lateral move. I am noticing a current trend in targeting people who are considered “pious” and trustworthy, or in other words, “too normal”.

– 24/7/365 Illegal tracking and surveillance in public and in private (including inside home) initiated by US intelligence agencies (FBI, CIA, DOD, DOJ, NSA, DHS, IRS, DEA, SOD), US military, and law enforcement, NSA Prism for the purpose of “joint targeting”. Target may be scrutinized for years (“nothing is unimportant”) before they realize it.

– Organized harassment by hate, criminal, and secret society groups including Nazis, KKK, Satanists, Organized crime syndicates (Mafia, biker gangs, Cartels, Street gangs), Cults, Freemasons, Terrorist cells (Isis, etc.).

– Extremely aggressive harassment of “soft targets”- elderly, children, single women, mentally ill, substance abusers, “loners”, socially inept/awkward teens/adults, autistic children/adults.

– A “witch hunt”. “Social justice”. Extrajudicial punishment. Mobile torture delivered to your doorstep and unremitting torture that follows the target everywhere they go.

– Criminal conspiracy and collusion. Also known as “cause stalking”, “vengeance stalking”, group stalking, multi-stalking, community-based harassment, and “shunning”.

– Intentional infliction of extreme emotional stress to force target into having suicidal/ homicidal thoughts as the only means of escape/ self defense.

– Electronic trafficking of men, women, and children. Converting cities and the country into an electronic concentration camp.

–  Not a new concept. Same tactics used in FBI Cointelpro, Project Monarch, MK Ultra, Stasi Police in East Germany, Nazi Brownshirts, the KKK, and Pro-life/ anti-abortion activists. Similar tactics used on corporate whistleblowers and in academia (workplace mobbing). Also similar tactics used in ejecting tenants of rent controlled apartments in high rent areas.

– Associated with the “global elite” aka Illuminati and Agenda 21.

– Fusions Centers, FBI InfraGard, COPPS, Community policing, RISS, Neighborhood Watch. CERT, Citizen Corp, Community organizers, and targeting by HOA’s. Likely involvement of “Occupy” movement.

– Targeting of innocent people on the local, state, and Federal level. Target is “red-lined” or blacklisted. Targeting may last for decades. Perps come from ALL age ranges, races, ethnicities, professions, political/religious affiliations. Likely cult involvement. Likely human/drug/arms trafficking rings involved. Likely extortion of repeat offenders/parolees.

– Cash, bribes, gifts, labor, favors offered to perps in exchange for their agreement to participate in harassing targets. (Vacations, cars, homes, govt. benefits, home improvement projects/remodels, travel, movies, weight loss help, life coaches, grocery/gas debit cards.Whole Foods seems to have some type of deal with them.)

– Being stalked en masse by groups of people in the hundreds to thousands on foot/bike/car/air/water. Relentless crowding and swarming.

– Provision of transportation of perps in a variety of private and commercial vehicles including taxis, MTS shuttles, coach buses, private shuttles, limo services, private and commercial airplanes, rental cars, trolley/subway/trains. They seem to make deals with local car dealers and Carmax to provide hundreds of autos at a time.

– Relentless orchestrated and synchronized harassment by neighbors, friends, family, coworkers, store employees, contractors, and strangers throughout your community. Includes stalkers following, leading, and laying in wait. Harassment follows target locally, statewide, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

– Antagonizing target to get a negative or violent reaction, then reporting to law enforcement (entrapment). Making false police reports on target. Calling in “safety checks” on target’s home due to false concerns. Objective is to get frequent visits to target’s home by law enforcement.

– Surreptitious illegal entry into target’s home, car, office, storage units, etc. Possible entries while target is home/ asleep. Locksmiths previously employed by target are involved in distributing copies of keys to others for criminal activity.

– Theft/swapping/vandalism of property from home, auto, office, storage units, etc. Swapping of new electronics, pet toys, clothing, shoes, jewelry, household items for similar items that are damaged/broken/worn.

– Syphoning gas so tank is nearly empty every time and car will just barely start. Draining windshield fluid out of car. Removing/replacing/ vandalizing/ stealing items from car and vandalizing the car itself.

– Voice to Skull communication (V2K).

– Assault by microwave/ Directed Energy Weapons (DEW)/ “Non-lethal” weapons. Tinnitus, migraines, seizures, chronic pain. Premature death from heart attack, stroke, cancer (from DEW and/or stress of OGS).

– Blocking Harassment (everything from store aisles/doorways/hallways to roads/driveways/intersections/trails/freeways).

– Street Theater.

– Gaslighting/ PsyOps, Black Ops/ Menticide. This includes constant change in target’s environment (remodels, closures, new residential and commercial construction, staff changes, etc.). Influx of franchises/ new businesses. Closure of businesses target formerly patronized. Change in staff at all businesses target patronizes.

– Remote Neural Monitoring/ Artificial Telepathy/ Reading your thoughts in real time. Injecting artificial thoughts. Possible hypnosis/ dream manipulation/interrogation/ vivid dreams. Apocalyptic/ Satanic symbolism in dreams. Disturbing dreams.

– Ability of perps to see through target’s eyes, hear what target hears, etc.

– Mimicking harassment. Imitating/mirroring target’s gestures/behaviors, including those only done/said in the privacy of their own home.

– Use of  “catch phrases”: multiple random stalkers repeating same phrase to target. “Haven’t we met before?”, “Don’t I know you from somewhere?”. Repeated innuendo about suicide, death, unemployment, homelessness, mental illness, rape.

– Aerial harassment/direct overhead flights (Govt., private, Law enforcement, and commercially owned aircraft, drones). Mostly helicopters.

– Sexual Harassment/ Sexual Assault/ Electronic rape or sexual stimulation. Possible marketing and illegal distribution of sexual pictures/videos of target for voyeurism/ pornographic/fetish purposes including “live stream” access.

– Physical assault. Orchestrated accidents of all kinds. Severe sports injuries caused by other players that are made to seem like “accidents”. Unwanted touch and/or ogling by strangers while out in public. Minor assaults made to look like “accidents” (walking into you, hitting you, pushing objects into you).

– Intentional injurious behavior/ infliction of pain by medical and dental professionals, medical technicians, aestheticians, massage therapists, homeopathic practitioners, etc.

– Sensory deprivation (Shutting off electricity, water, air conditioning/ heat).

– Fake traffic accidents/ traffic stops on target’s routes.

– Psychiatric and Medical fraud/neglect/misdiagnosis/falsifying records. Mental Health abuse.

– Painful/unnecessary dental work.

– Noise Harassment/Noise fatigue/ Noise campaign. Includes increased traffic and high decibel vehicles passing target’s home. Non-stop noise campaign surrounding target’s home and everywhere they go.

– Defamation, Character assassination, and slander. Gossip/ rumors/ lies spread about target. Photos and videos overtly taken of target while in public by strangers, neighbors, coworkers, private investigators.

– Vehicular Harassment while driving/walking/riding bike.

– Color Coordinated Harassment/sensitization to certain colors/patterns. (Most common: Purple, Turquoise, Red, Royal blue, Any Neon/flourescent color.) Patterns- stripes, plaid, animal prints, US flags.

– Gesture Harassment/sensitization to  hand signals.

– Cyber stalking and online harassment. Frequent interruption of internet connection.

– Trauma based Mind control (TBMC)- Humiliation/ “shaming”/ isolation/defamation/degradation. Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA).

– Cult involvement. Misogyny, homoeroticism, pedophilia, fanaticism, sociopathy, narcissism, immature personality disorder, endangering minors.

– Demonic Possession.

– FREQUENT harassment by First Responders including Police and Sheriff Dept, Fire dept, Private ambulance companies, Lifeguards, City employees. Fake 911 calls, staged traffic accidents and traffic stops on target’s routes/destinations/ near target’s home.

– Fake reports to law enforcement by neighbors, family, coworkers, strangers re: need for mental welfare checks on target and alleged crimes committed by target. Goal is to draw as much attention as possible to target and target’s home by law enforcement.

– Frequent staged road/lane closures/blocking lanes for “road work”, power company, phone company, tree trimmers, construction, landscaping, trash collection.

– Workplace mobbing.

– Tampering w/ electronics, appliances, cars, computers, security alarm, cellphone, land line, clothing/footwear in target’s home and car.

– Impersonation of friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, doctors, dentists, therapists, store employees. Impersonation takes place in person, by phone, mail, email, and text.

– Extreme form of identity fraud involving “replacement”, murder, or neutralization ( chemical lobotomy) of individuals to obtain their assets and make money off insurance scams. Possible covert murder  or secret imprisonment (NDAA) of individuals after which their identity is assumed by a “look-alike” fraud/criminal. Also known as identity fraud by “ghosting”.

– Use of “look-alikes” to frame targets for criminal activity. Use of “look-alikes” and fake employees by perps to help protect their accountability for fraud/ criminal activity.

– “Voice cloning”. Possible ability of perps to see through target’s eyes via nanotechnology or camera implants.

– Financial/ Life insurance fraud, attempt to take control of target’s finances/ assets. Attempt to put target under a conservatorship.

– Symbol harassment/sensitization: stickers, US flags, cellphones, Clothing brand/ Sports team logos, pinpoint pupils, owls, missing hubcaps, etc.

– Poisoning/drugging food, drinks. Swapping of food, cooked and store bought, including produce. Fresh/new/bulk food will be swapped out for a stale/expired/deformed version of the same food. Some of it looks like it was salvaged from a dumpster.

– Chemical and environmental harassment w/ inhalants and odors. Second hand smoke, exhaust fumes, marijuana fumes, pesticides, perfume, dust/dirt/sawdust clouds, spraying water at car.

– Possible manipulation of weather (rain/storms), darkening of sky, strong water currents.

– Possible/likely arson, gas leaks, explosions, etc.

– Redirection of phone calls, emails, texts, faxes, postal mail.

– Radio piracy. Interference with radio communications.

– Community bullying: rude/bizarre/manic/brazen/giddy behavior, synchronized skits/crowding; target ignored, blocked, ridiculed, vilified, rumors spread. Leering, staring, glaring, feigned expressions of wide-eyed shock (most idiotic looks ever). Public “shaming”. Tactics range from simple/childish/clown-like to shrewd/calculating/sophisticated.

– Staged/synchronized “run-ins” with former/present/future coworkers, classmates, neighbors, acquaintances, parish members, gym members, family members, patients/ clients/ customers, etc. while out in public. There are no coincidences with OGS/EH.

– Being “shadowed” around home interior by neighbors in adjoining apartments/condos (synchronized bathroom use/running water/toilet/ceiling fan). New neighbors renting/buying/inhabiting nearby homes for the sole purpose of harassment and surveillance. HOA’s, apt. managers, real estate agents complicit/involved.

-Endless construction projects around target’s home for the purpose of noise harassment and disruption of daily activities/ constant state of flux in surroundings to destabilize target.

– Widespread government, military, corporate, medical, psychiatric, religious, and academic corruption.

– Human trafficking/slavery. Non- consensual internet voyeurism/porn. Arms/drug trafficking.

– Possible cloaking of people/ objects w/ reflective materials to make the “invisible”.

– Possible implantation with microchips/RFID chips in teeth, joints, muscle tissue.

– Possible “disappearing” of targets via NDAA. (see next line.)

– Possible imprisonment of targets in secret prisons, work camps, or locked psychiatric institutions. (see next line.)

– Possible replacement of targets with identical actors/clones/robots/transhumans.

– Unemployment/Blacklisting. Homelessness/evictions/foreclosure/bankruptcy.

– Elimination of any and all social support for target (friends, family, coworkers, neighbors). Targeting of friends/family members including children and elderly. Targeting of pets.

– Agitating target w/ hyperactivity, crowding/swarming, invading personal space, kicking back of chair, continuous/repetitive movements in peripheral vision, causing vibrations.

– Xenophobia, a witch hunt. “Strategy of tension”, sheer ignorance. Betrayal, alienation, isolation, humiliation, shame, insensitivity, “double bind”.

– Muffled communication, speaking in low volumes/mumbling, garbled speech, thick/phony foreign accents, speech impediments, fast/non-stop talking, heavy breathing, fake coughing, feigned shortness of breath, speaking too loud, fuzzy/static/choppy phone connections, pressing phone buttons while talking, loud TV/radio/talking/baby crying in background, disconnected phone calls.

– Directed Conversation. Innuendo re: suicide, death, assault, mental illness, homelessness, unemployment.

– Referring to the target as subhuman or “it”, references to being captive in a zoo, guns, weapons, violence, jail, cruelty and using the word “target” frequently in conversation with and around the target.

– Remote Neural Monitoring/ Artificial telepathy via radio, TV, internet. Cough harassment, directed conversation via radio, TV, internet. Reading the target’s thoughts in real time and repeating them aloud or acting them out in front to target. Synchronizing harassment tactics to thoughts in real time.

– Expensive/late/sloppy work by mechanics, contractors, movers, house cleaners, print shops, hair stylists etc. Contractors damaging/breaking things inside home. Frequent price gauging and overcharging for services and goods.

– Infestation of home w/ insects, rodents, birds, etc. I came home one day to find hundreds of bees that had been forcefully shot into my home from the exhaust duct openings in the roof. My home was also infested with flies for months following a 3 day trip where a perp cat sitter had access to my home.

– Manipulation of indoor air temperature, hot/cold. “Broken” thermostats.

– Fascism, Socialism, Communism, and Nazism.

– A sick crime that completely destroys the victim’s quality of life and causes them to question, doubt, and lose trust in everything and everyone around them, including loved ones. Unknowing victims are watched and obsessed over by perps for years and years, only to have their life go up in an inferno when they finally find out what is going on; at which point perps will go to any length to completely discredit and destroy the target.

– Adult Bullying. Bullying on steroids. Hooliganism on crack. A complete destruction of trust. Apocalyptic street theater. Cinematic/surreal drama (“I feel like I’m in a movie”). A nightmare with your eyes open. The worst thing that can happen to you. A combination of the movies: Deliverance, Rosemary’s Baby, and Lord of the Flies. Gang Stalking IS the end of the world for the target.

– Technological slavery/public lynching/tar and feathering/quartering/ wooden stocks, etc. Constant taunting/antagonism/negativity to provoke a reaction from the target. Target is controlled to the point of paralysis  and powerlessness while they are repeated mentally raped. Target is made to feel they have no voice.

– Technological home invasion/rape/kidnapping/false imprisonment. All accomplished by stealth, bribes, manipulation, intimidation, coercion, abusing the “system”, and what seems like an endless trail of corruption and criminality. Technological “death squads”.

– A complete “Vivisection” of target’s mind, life, and whole world. Technological human sacrifice/skinning alive.

– “Death by a thousand paper cuts”, Being “buried alive”, having your “pants pulled down” and shamed like a child everywhere you go.

– Mental/physical exhaustion/fatigue of target and sensory overload by all the tactics listed above.

– Parallels to being a POW/MIA in your own home/city/state/country. Perps will actually brandish the POW/MIA flag to taunt targets.

– Hell on Earth. A spiritual war.

– NOT paranoia, schizophrenia, delusional disorder, narcissism, or a psychotic disorder. OGS may in fact cause a TI to develop a mental illness. OGS may in fact cause PTSD, severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, thoughts of harming self/others, and inability to trust anyone.

– NOT a joke, amusing, funny, a game, or impressive. If you are knowingly involved or complicit with OGS/EH in any way, shape, or form, you are in fact involved in a conspiracy to murder. It is sadistic abuse and for someone to be knowingly involved and think they are innocent just because “all I did was ____”  is overwhelming ignorance and denial. If you are not willing to walk up to a targeted individual in broad daylight and stab them, then you have no business participating in their psychological torture either. You don’t stab someone “just a little bit”, there is NOTHING innocent about it. It is indeed VIOLENT and ALL participants have blood on their hands. The above tactics are done repeatedly, deliberately, and with the intent to cause fear/harm. 

The Replacements

I’m going to write some things in this post that a lot of people are not ready to hear, including other TI’s. It’s something I’ve wanted to write about since I started this blog but didn’t know how. I still really don’t, and a lot of it is hypothesis, but I feel compelled to put it out there before it’s too late for some people, or a lot of people. This topic is one of the most puzzling and horrifying parts of my harassment. I have only encountered about 4-5 other TI’s who know about it or have been exposed to it.

Perps like to gaslight targets, or change their perception of reality, turning it into a surreal, dream-like setting. There are lots of ways they do this. One of the ways is with look-alikes, or “replacements”. I have also heard them referred to as “surrogates”, “twins”, “imposters”, and “doubles”. One TI said there are even “triplets” sometimes. I just saw an awful story on Facebook about farmers skinning a Mom’s dead calf and placing the skin over another live calf like a jacket to fool her. I’m not sure what the purpose is, but this is extremely cruel and confusing to the Mom. Perps are doing a similar thing to people right now.  I was bombarded with look-alikes when my targeting became overt last summer. And they are still doing it consistently in one setting.

These are my thoughts/ observations on “replacements”:

– They are made to look very similar to the person they are impersonating. Some are almost identical while others are very obviously a “cheap knockoff”. The identical ones are often used to impersonate family members, they are the most terrifying. The shoddy impersonators are used at work, local businesses, dentist’s office, therapist’s office, sheriff dept., to impersonate your neighbors, etc. in order to agitate the target. These will be very obvious to you but the torture is not being able to bust them for it.

– I don’t know if they are using actual clones, cloning specific features, plastic surgery, and/or facial transplants for the identical replacements. They will try to pass these ones off as family members, and they will be very convincing as they will know a lot about your family, but they will make mistakes. And of course, they will exhibit behaviors from your harassment protocol.

– Replacements are used for both perps and targets. When a perp has a replacement, it is for the purpose of gaslighting. When a target has a replacement, I think it means the target is dead or otherwise completely neutralized ( see below). I am certain they had a replacement ready for me last summer. I think it’s possible they might also gaslight low-level perps with look-alikes of the target.

– When a target is replaced, I think it means one of three things: the original target is dead, in jail, or institutionalized. If they are in jail or institutionalized, the perps must be pretty confident they are not getting out if they have replaced them. I am wondering if this is where NDAA is coming into play. If you can now be detained indefinitely, for no just reason, without any family contact, who’s to say they aren’t putting people in FEMA camps already? If the people in camps have been “replaced” by identical people (perps) out in society, no one will know until it is way too late. The other advantage to perps is that these identical replacements will be programmed to terrorize the rest of us.

– If a target is imprisoned or institutionalized and “replaced” with a double in society, this actually constitutes a kidnapping and fraud.

– If a target is programmed for a self initiated execution i.e. suicide and “replaced” with a double in society, this constitutes a murder, or a conspiracy to murder and fraud.

– I recently read that in the US, suicide has surpassed motor vehicle accidents as the number one cause of death from injury. Because of the above, I think the suicide rate is MUCH higher than what we know. If the suicide can be hidden and swept under the rug so no one knows about it, the target can be replaced seamlessly. I think this also goes for targets who go in for surgeries/procedures and are possibly murdered and replaced while they under anesthesia. I am certain some targets are “getting help” dying after being admitted to hospitals for medical problems and surgeries. Not all are replaced, if they had serious health problems to begin with, they don’t have to make the effort.

– Some of this may tie into what has happened in Aurora, Sandy Hook, and Boston. Many are saying these people are crisis actors and frauds, with some of the same characters being used more than once. And a possible look-alike being used now for the Boston bombing victim who had both legs injured.

– Replacing targeted family members with identical perps may be the reason for the recent increase in family suicide-murders.

-Some targets who think they are dealing with perp family members harassing them may not realize they are actually dealing with “replacements.”
